与几个朋友聊天,谈到一些顶尖大学理工类博士生希望改行做金融。类似的情况近几年不时遇到。市场经济条件下,个人选择是自主的,无可厚非,但还是为这些人舍弃多年辛苦奋斗的专业选择金融而感慨。当前,金融行业成为高校毕业生和海外归国人员就业的重要选择。《中国海归发展报告(2013)》国际人才蓝皮书显示,有48.5%的海归进入金融及相关服务业工作,几乎占海归就业选择的半壁江山,而其他各行业对海归就业的吸纳均未超过10%。
