观课作为教学常规工作内容,是教师提升教学水平,促进专业成长的有效路径之一。新课程要求我们将课堂教学评价的重心由关注教师转移到关注学生上来,更多地关注学生的学习行为,把目光聚焦在学生的“学”上。一、聚焦愿不愿学,密切关注学生情感状态学生从情感上愿意参与学习,是有效学习的必备前提。从情感上愿意学习就是积极学习,在积极的情绪状态下,学习效果最佳。在课堂教学中,学生这种积极的情绪状态可以从观察学生的表情和感受学生的状态两个方面进行。
