本文叙述了用水蒸气蒸馏程序将鱼贝类中甲基汞抽出,然后用气相色谱法定量。操作步骤如下:称取切碎混匀的样品5~50g(称准至0.001g)置于500ml蒸馏烧瓶内,加入6N盐酸40ml和氯化钠40g,通入蒸气进行蒸馏。馏出液吸收于10ml 3 N盐酸中,使蒸至180ml为止,然后用水加至200ml。移取馏出液50ml于100ml分液漏斗中,分别用30ml和20ml的苯抽取2次。合并苯层,用20%氯化钠溶液20ml洗涤一次后,在苯层中加入6ml半胱氨酸醋酸溶液,甲基汞便转溶于半胱氨酸醋酸溶液层。然后移取4ml置于10ml具塞试管内,加入2ml 6 N盐酸溶液和4ml内标准液,甲基汞便被移至内标准液中。将内
This paper describes the extraction of methylmercury from fish and shellfish using a steam distillation procedure and then quantification by gas chromatography. Operation steps are as follows: Weigh chopped and mixed sample 5 ~ 50g (weighed to 0.001g) placed in 500ml distillation flask, adding 6N hydrochloric acid 40ml and sodium chloride 40g, steaming distillation.
