目的:观察自拟蒲地苋洗液熏洗联合远红外线治疗糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎的临床疗效和安全性,为临床疾病诊治提供可循依据.方法:选取我科收治的确诊为糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎患者180例为研究对象.将其随机分为对照组(n=90)和观察组(n=90),其中对照组患者应用酮康唑洗剂外洗和远红外线治疗,观察组应用自拟蒲地苋洗液煎汤熏洗联合远红外线治疗.对比观察两组患者治疗疗效、真菌清除率及不良反应情况.结果:对照组患者治疗有效率为70.0％,显著低于观察组患者的96.7％(x2值=23.04,P＜0.01).对照组患者真菌清除率为65.6％,观察组真菌清除率为91.1％,两组差异显著,P＜0.01.两组患者均无严重不良反应发生,观察组无复发病例,对照组复发率为13.3％,两组相比,差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:采用自拟蒲地苋洗液熏洗联合远红外线治疗糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎可取得较好疗效,且具有较好的安全性,值得临床推广使用.“,”Objective:To observe the effect of using Self-made Pudixian Lotion fumigation and washing combined with far infrared ray in the treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis,and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods:180 cases diagnosed as pityrosporum folliculitis patients were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into controlled group (n=90) and observation group (n=90),the controlled group received Ketoxonazole Lotion washing and far infrared therapy,the observation group used Self-made Pudixian Lotion fumigation and washing combined with far infrared ray therapy.The curative effect,fungal clearance rate and adverse reaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the controlled group was 70％,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group (X2 value=23.04,P ＜ 0.01),96.7％.The fungal clearance rate of the controlled group was 65.6％,and the fungal clearance rate of the observation group was 91.1％,the difference between the two groups was significant,P ＜ 0.01.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and there was no recurrence in the observation group,the recurrence rate of the controlled group was 13.3％,compared with the two groups,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Using Self-made Pudixian Lotion fumigation and washing combined with far infrared ray in the treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis can obtain better curative effect,and has good safety,it is worthy of clinical use.
