随着我国经济建设的不断繁荣和人民物质生活水平的不断提高,建筑行业也伴随着这股浪潮不断地发展,由乡村变为城镇,由城镇变为城市,这一变化是离不开建筑行业的努力,然而,建筑行业中建筑公司承包的工程有时过于庞大或者是繁琐,单凭一家建筑公司难以快速地在工期内完成,所以,就需要将一些项目进行分包,交由分包商来进行建筑,本文的目的就是在探讨如何对这些项目分包商进行有效地管理。
