1977年真空镀膜经验交流会,在七机部510所和高要真空泵厂的组织下,于1977年3月13～18日在广东肇庆市召开。参加会议的将近一百个单位,一百三十多名代表。
In 1977, the vacuum coating experience exchange meeting was held in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province on March 13 ~ 18, 1977 under the organization of 510 units of Qijunbu and Gaoyao Vacuum Pump Factory. Nearly 100 participants attended the meeting and over 130 delegates attended the meeting.
