1 前言等温淬火球墨铸铁(简称 ADI)是一种力学性能变化范围很宽、综合力学性能很好的铸铁。关于热处理工艺对其组织和性能的影响,已有一些研究报导。工作大都侧重于等温温度和等温时间对组织和性能的影响。探讨奥氏体化条件对 ADI 组织和性能的影响的研究工作不多,观点也不完全一致。本文主要研究在一定的保温时间下,奥氏体化温度和等温淬火温度对球铁的显微组织、残余奥氏体含量(A_R)及其含碳量以及宏观硬度的影响。为实际生产中优选球铁的等温淬火工艺提供依据。2 试验方法2.1 试样制备所有试样的熔炼均在60kg 中频感应电炉内进行,铁水经球化处理后,浇注成30mm 厚的 Y 型试块。
1 Introduction Austempered ductile iron (referred to as ADI) is a wide range of changes in mechanical properties, good overall mechanical properties of cast iron. On the heat treatment process on the organization and performance, there have been some reports. Much of the work focuses on the effects of isothermal temperature and isothermal time on microstructure and properties. The research on the influence of austenitizing conditions on the microstructure and properties of ADI is not much, and the views are not exactly the same. In this paper, the effect of austenitizing temperature and isothermal quenching temperature on the microstructure, retained austenite content (A_R), carbon content and macroscopic hardness of ductile iron under certain holding time was studied. The actual production of ductile iron isothermal quenching process to provide the basis. 2 Test methods 2.1 Sample Preparation All samples are smelted in 60kg IF induction furnace, the hot metal by balling, pouring into a 30mm thick Y-type test block.
