社会是否和谐,国家能否实现长治久安,很大程度上取决于全体社会成员的思想道德素质。没有良好的道德规范,是无法实现和谐社会的。现在职业学校的德育工作越来越受到严峻的考验,学生知识差、思想偏激,家庭状况复杂,他们对事物的看法缺乏判断和控制,往往会做出一些令人头疼的事情,让老师们感到压力很大,要实现这样的目标,老师们的眼前是一片茫然。我在职业教育的德育工作中,也体会到了工作的难度。但我认识到学生毕竟是孩子,他们也有脆弱的一面,也需要家长、老师和社会的认可,更需要我们教育工作者的正确引导。特别是在德育工作的方法上,我们不妨从身边的小事做起,鼓励学生自我控制、自我选择、自我判断、自我评价,自我教育,从而实现德育的目标。
Whether society is harmonious or not and whether the country can achieve lasting peace and long-term stability depends to a large extent on the ideological and ethical standards of all members of society. Without a good moral standard, it is impossible to achieve a harmonious society. At present, the moral education in vocational schools is getting more and more severe tests. Students have poor knowledge, extreme thoughts and complicated family situations. Their lack of judgment and control over the views of things often makes some troublesome things for teachers to feel Pressure is great, in order to achieve such a goal, the teachers are in front of a loss. In my moral education in vocational education, I realized the difficulty of my work. But I realize that students are children after all. They also have a vulnerable side. They also need the recognition of parents, teachers and the community. They need the correct guidance of our educators. Especially in the method of moral education work, we may as well start from small things around to encourage students to self-control, self-selection, self-judgment, self-evaluation, self-education, so as to achieve the goal of moral education.
