For editors, one or two or more pitches is a modest and troubling question. Unless the editorial department of the pre-finalization receives notice from the author or finds two drafts, the editorial work will often be passive and sometimes embarrassed. The manuscript requirements are: “Qi, Qing, set”, the most taboo manuscripts in exchange for, in the layout on the move. If a manuscript is found during the typographical period, it must be forcibly withdrawn. It is not the author of the “accident”, but the editor who blames it, not to mention how much good news the editor should pay, and how much apology it is. If the manuscript has already been printed, the raw rice is ripe, and the responsible editor will therefore be blamed by the leaders and readers, who will shoulder the responsibility for it. Otherwise, what is the responsible editor? The direct victims of the two manuscripts are readers and editors, the editors’ dignity is being harmed and their work is fooled. What is more serious is the publication’s reputation is affected, resulting in many waste.
