本期做客变量的是蚂蜂窝CEO陈罡。他把在线旅游市场的企业分为两种,以携程、去哪儿为代表的资源型,核心是以最好的价格控制资源;而蚂蜂窝、穷游等客源型模式更强调产品和用户。在线旅游市场不仅仅是携程、去哪儿等传统巨头,BAT都早有布局,这会是他们重点角力的一个战场。随着市场从卖方转向买方,在线旅游行业迎来了新一批有可能成为“下一个入口”的公司。
