数据增值业务优化模型是以业务评测为手段,以用户体验为出发点,利用数据增值产品关键质量指标(KQI,Key Quality Indicators)和其闭环评估方法以及层次分析法(AHP,Analytic HierarchyProcess)发现业务在产品、功能、网络以及其他业务支撑体系及业务管理存在的问题,从而相应开展业务优化。通过该模型的建立和实践表明此业务优化模型可实现有效分工,将业务产品逐层拆解,通过质量因素排查,帮助找到业务质量瓶颈,保障业务和评估体系的不断优化。
The data value-added service optimization model uses business evaluation as a measure and user experience as a starting point. It uses the KQI (Key Quality Indicators) and its closed-loop assessment methods and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to find out that business Product, function, network and other business support system and business management problems, so as to carry out business optimization accordingly. Through the establishment and practice of this model, it is shown that the business optimization model can effectively divide the work, disassemble the business products layer by layer, and check the quality factors to help find the bottleneck of business quality and ensure continuous optimization of the business and evaluation system.
