导电咀是自动焊机上最关键的元件之一。随着机械工业的迅速发展,对焊接质量的要求越来越高,因而对导电咀材料也提出了更高的要求。不耐磨的导电咀,因焊丝伸出长度的变化而影响焊接过程的稳定。使焊接质量受到影响。长期以来,我们采用青铜、黄铜、紫铜、磷青铜制成各种导电咀。由于这些材料耐高温性、耐磨性差,表面硬度低,平均使用一、两天就磨损烧坏了,因而车间往往需要制造大量备件。既浪费材料,又耗费工时,还严重影响了焊缝质量和生产效率。
Conductive nozzle is one of the most critical components on an automatic welder. With the rapid development of the machinery industry, the requirements on the quality of welding are getting higher and higher, therefore, higher requirements are also put on the material of the conductive nozzle. Wear-resistant conductive nozzle, due to changes in the length of the wire affect the stability of the welding process. So that the quality of welding affected. For a long time, we use bronze, brass, copper, phosphor bronze to make all kinds of conductive nozzles. Due to the high temperature resistance of these materials, poor wear resistance, low surface hardness, the average use of one or two days of wear and tear on the burn, so the workshop often need to create a large number of spare parts. Not only waste materials, but also work hours, but also a serious impact on the weld quality and production efficiency.
