社会主义新农村的建设是一项系统工程,而这项工程的建设离不开高素质的人才,人才的培养只能从素质教育抓起。在农村小学加强素质教育,对于提高农村人口的素质是至关重要的,但是对农村小学加强素质教育却举步维艰。虽然困难重重,任重道远,但这场教育改革关系到社会主义新农村建设,关系到民族的兴衰、国家的强盛,是教育发展的必然趋势。
The building of a new socialist countryside is a systematic project, and the construction of this project can not be separated from the high-quality personnel. The cultivation of qualified personnel can only start from quality education. Strengthening quality education in primary schools in rural areas is crucial for improving the quality of rural population, but it is difficult to strengthen quality education in rural primary schools. Despite the difficulties and long way to go, education reform has a bearing on the building of a new socialist countryside and on the rise and decline of the nation and on the prosperity of the country, which is the inevitable trend of education development.
