发展新技术,会给社会生产力带来巨大变革,形成新兴产业,促进经济的发展。发展中国家十分需要新技术。以下九个观点,是我们对我国技术发展政策的理解和探讨。一、发展新技术,需注重社会经济效益。这是一项大政策。对一个发展中国家来说,只有把发展经济放在首位,才能较快地提高人民生活水平,增强国防实力,为科技发展提供物质基础。
The development of new technologies will bring about tremendous changes in social productivity, form new industries and promote economic development. Developing countries are in desperate need of new technologies. The following nine views are our understanding and discussion of our country's technology development policy. First, the development of new technologies, we must pay attention to social and economic benefits. This is a big policy. To a developing country, only by giving top priority to developing the economy can we quickly raise people's living standard, enhance the national defense strength and provide the material basis for the development of science and technology.
