教育就像“人”字的结构一样,其中的一边就是活生生的教育者本身,如果失去了教育者自身的发明、创造和个性彰显,整个教育必将失去支撑。作为教育者本身的个性得以彰显,语文教师才会自觉地去追问教育的意义,语文老师的个性特质与教育事业的发展才会和谐起来,语文教学的“有效性”才可能最大化。
Education is just like the structure of the word “人”, in which one side is a living educator. If the educator’s own invention, creation and individuality are lost, the entire education will surely lose support. As the individuality of the educator itself can be demonstrated, the Chinese teacher will consciously ask the meaning of education, and the individual qualities of the language teacher will be harmonious with the development of the educational undertaking. Only the “validity” of Chinese teaching can be maximized.
