作者用耳后切取自体软骨作为代替已切除之颞颌关节盘。取标准耳前或耳内切口进入颞颌关节,打开并探查关节上下间隙,切开前后附着,从测方向中间轻轻分离关节囊壁取出破坏的关节盘。用电烙止血,关节凹使用由生理盐水浸泡过的海棉填塞。然后在耳后作3cm切口达软骨膜。在软骨膜表面暴露适当的骨移植部位。通过耳壳软骨作一切口,但应注意保持耳廓的完整性。从耳后面前部进行骨膜下解剖并切下移植物。用5.0皮肤可吸收缝线间断缝合并用6.0皮肤缝线闭合
The authors cut the autologous cartilage in the ear to replace the resected TMJ disc. Take the standard ear or ear incision into the temporomandibular joint, open and explore the joint up and down the gap, before and after incision attached to the middle of the measured direction to gently detach the joint wall to remove the damaged disc. Use electropuncture hemostasis, joint concave use sponge soaked with saline filled. Then make a 3cm incision in the ear up to the perichondrium. Subperiosteal dissection was performed from the anterior part of the back of the ear and the graft was excised. Intermittent suture with 5.0 skin absorbable suture and closed with 6.0 skin suture
