患者男,25岁。10余年前发现与同龄小孩相比发育迟缓,至15岁无胡须、喉结隆起、声音变沉,阴茎无发育,无梦遗,身高仅1.46米;曾到当地医院给予生长激素治疗9个月,停止治疗3年后身高长至1.70米左右,未予进一步诊治。既往史无特殊,无长期服药及毒物接触史,无不良生活嗜好。未婚未育,家族中无类似病史。体检:发育迟缓,外貌如小孩,精神一般,表情自如,无黏液性水肿面容,反应正常,神志清楚,声调较高如女性声线,
