[目的]了解江阴市2008~2010年度食品中微生物污染状况,为食品安全提供科学依据,保障人民身体健康。[方法]对2008~2010年度抽检的各类食品微生物检测结果进行统计分析。[结果]检测样品613份,合格405份,合格率66.07%;不同种类食品微生物检测合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),微生物污染较严重的食品是豆制品、水产品和肉制品。[结论]食品微生物检测的合格率与食品安全的要求还有相当大的距离,必须加强监督管理。
[Objective] To understand the status of microbial contamination in food from 2008 to 2010 in Jiangyin City and provide a scientific basis for food safety and ensure people\'s health. [Method] The results of microbiological tests of all kinds of food sampled from 2008 to 2010 were statistically analyzed. [Result] There were 613 test samples and 405 pass tests with the pass rate of 66.07%. The pass rate of different kinds of foodstuffs was statistically different (P <0.05). The food contaminated by microorganisms was soybeans, aquatic products and meat products . [Conclusion] There is still a long way to go before the pass rate of food microbe test is consistent with the requirements of food safety. Supervision and management must be strengthened.
