为利用中国丰富的景天属种质资源,给园林绿化提供优良抗旱型景天品种,本研究通过对土壤干旱胁迫下3个景天种质的过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、相对含水量、叶绿素含量等与抗旱相关生理生化指标进行测定,探讨了持续干旱对景天不同种质的生理特性的影响,并对其进行抗旱能力综合评价。经隶属函数法分析得出3个景天品种的抗旱性顺序为:玫红景天>八宝景天>德国矮景天。由灰色关联分析得出,细胞质膜透性和保护酶活性大小与景天品种的抗旱性具有较强的关联度,可作为重要指标用于评价景天品种抗旱能力。
In order to make use of the abundant Germplasm resources of Sedum in China and to provide excellent drought-resistant Sedum sedum varieties for landscaping, we studied the effects of peroxidase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) Soluble protein content, relative water content, chlorophyll content and other physiological and biochemical indicators related to drought were measured to explore the impact of continuous drought on the physiological characteristics of different Germplasms of Sedum, and its comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance. The membership function analysis showed that the order of drought resistance of three cultivars was: Rhodiola rosea> Babao Sedum> German dwarf sky. The results of gray relational analysis showed that there was a strong correlation between the cell membrane permeability and the protective enzyme activity and the drought resistance of Sedum alfalfa cultivars, which could be used as an important index to evaluate the drought resistance of Sedum almond cultivars.
