基层图书馆(室)是职工群众看书学习的好场所,在精神文明建设和物质文明建设中起着很重要的推动作用,它的成败,直接影响到地区图书馆事业的发展。因此,我馆对全市所属单位和驻津单位的图书馆(室)进行了一次全面调查,从调查结果来看:已建立图书馆(室)的单位有140个;藏书总量为262,330册;总建筑面积为5652m~2;书架548个;书柜237个;阅览桌319张;阅览凳1024把;专职管理员55人;兼职管理员
Grassroots library (room) is a good place for the masses of the workers to read and study.
