以月桂酸甲酯为原料,经二乙烯三胺酰化反应,合成了月桂酰二乙烯三胺非离子表面活性剂,讨论了反应条件对产物产率和胺值的影响,利用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征,并测定了产物的表面物性。实验表明,月桂酸甲酯与二乙烯三胺的摩尔比为1:1.3,催化剂用量为月桂酸甲酯质量的23.4%,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为1 h,产率为59.3%,产物的临界胶束浓度为0.25 g/L。
