据统计,全国煤矿顶板事故约占所有事故总数的40%;在顶板事故中,发生在采煤工作面的约占75%;在大型推垮工作面顶板事故中,又有53%发生在顶板岩性差别较大的复合顶板工作面。因之,在开采复合顶板煤层时,我们绝不可忽视历史上已经发生的惨痛教训,应从这些事故中吸取教益,把我们的顶板管理工作提高一步。 复合顶板可分为低强度直接顶上覆高强度老顶和直接顶本身下部有软分层上覆有高强度硬分层两种类型。在这里,我想通过焦作矿务局和兄弟局过去所发生的两种典型的复合顶板冒顶事故,对复合顶板的岩性结构、冒顶特点和冒顶原因进行分析研究,提出今后在复合顶板下采煤,应如何预防推垮型大冒顶事故发生的粗浅见解,以供参考。
