一、前言 多层砌体房屋是我国城镇房屋中数量最多的建筑结构类型,这类房屋的地震破坏和倒塌,给我国人民生命财产造成了极为惨重的损失。因此,在最近的20多年中,我国一直很注重研究和提高这类房屋的抗震性能,并于八十年代始在各类房屋中率先研究预测多层砖房震害的方法,用于搞好城市抗震防灾规划和减轻地震灾害对策之中。
I. Introduction Multi-story masonry houses are the largest number of types of building structures in urban houses in China. The earthquake damage and collapse of these houses caused extremely heavy losses to the lives and properties of our people.
