角膜纤维性错构瘤又名角膜先天性纤维瘤,系胚胎发育异常,出生后瘤体逐渐生长,比较罕见,笔者遇到1例,报告如下。患儿女3/12岁住院号167361 患儿生后右眼黑眼珠部分呈淡黄色,以后慢慢长大,突出眼外。于1989年2月17日入院。父母近亲结婚,患儿系第一胎,足月顺产,母亲孕期无异常。患儿发育正常,心肺听诊未闻及异常。双眼睑裂等大,右眼角膜被淡棕色肿物全部覆盖,其表面可见血管,无毛
