拥有充足的资源是图书馆发展和提供服务的重要条件。资源分配的均衡程度决定着图书馆能否为公众提供普遍均等的社会服务与知识分享,以及公众是否能够平等的享受社会资源的分配。本文在对天津地区公共图书馆资源现状调研的基础上,提出资源拥有不平衡,馆舍面积不充足,数字化资源比例较低是目前的主要问题;针对存在的问题提出均衡资源分布,提供平等服务的对策和建议。
Having sufficient resources is an important condition for library development and service delivery. The balance of resource allocation determines whether the library can provide the general public with equal and equal social services and knowledge sharing and whether the public can enjoy the equal distribution of social resources.
