2004年12月25日,教育部正式颁布《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》,该标准含《教学人员教育技术能力标准》、《技术人员教育技术能力标准》和《管理人员教育技术能力标准》三个标准。这是囊括中小学教师、教育技术人员、教学管理人员三类从业人员的第一个部颁专业性能力标准。该标准的制定对推进教育教学改革,促进教育信息化建设及教师、教育技术人员、教学管理干部的专业化发展都具有重要意义。
On December 25, 2004, the Ministry of Education officially promulgated the Standard for Educational Technology Competence of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Trial), which contains the Standard for Teaching Technical Competence of Teaching Personnel, the Standard for Competency of Technical Skills for Educational Technology, and the Educational Technology for Managers Ability standard "three standards. This is the first ministerial-level professional performance standard covering three types of employees including primary and secondary school teachers, educational technicians and teaching management personnel. The formulation of this standard is of great significance to promoting the reform of education and teaching, promoting the construction of education information, and the professional development of teachers, educational technicians and teaching management cadres.
