目的了解电容器厂的职业病危害因素的危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,为企业职业病防治的日常管理和卫生监督提供依据。方法依据国家职业病相关法规和标准,采用现场调查法、检查表法和检测检验法等对某电容器厂的职业病危险因素进行监测评价。结果该厂主要存在三氯乙烯、二甲苯、氧化锌、二氧化锡、铅烟等化学有害因素和物理因素噪声。该厂作业场所化学有害因素的检测结果除清洗岗位三氯乙烯的时间加权平均浓度和短时间接触浓度分别为484.3mg/m3和505.3mg/m3超过国家标准外,其他各岗位化学有害因素检测结果均符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分:化学有害因素》(GBZ2.1-2007)的要求。结论该厂除清洗岗位需要治理外,其他基本能够达到国家相关要求。
Objective To understand the harm degree of occupational hazards and the impact on workers’ health in capacitor factory, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and its effects, and provide the basis for the daily management and health supervision of occupational disease prevention and control. Methods According to the relevant laws and regulations of occupational diseases in the country, the occupational disease risk factors of a capacitor factory were monitored and evaluated by on-the-spot investigation method, check list method and test method. The results of the plant mainly trichlorethylene, xylene, zinc oxide, tin dioxide, lead smoke and other chemical and physical factors harmful noise. The test results of chemical hazardous factors in the workplace of the plant except for the time-weighted average concentrations of trichlorethylene and the short-term exposure concentrations of clenbuterol were 484.3mg / m3 and 505.3mg / m3, respectively, exceeding the national standards. The results of other chemical hazards testing All of them meet the requirements of Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Locations in the Workplace Part 1: Chemical Hazardous Factors (GBZ2.1-2007). Conclusion The factory in addition to cleaning jobs need governance, the other basic to meet the relevant state requirements.
