现代管理科学中,激励艺术越来越被人们所重视。在以人群为主要对象的学校管理中,激励艺术有其特殊意义。美国著名心理学家赫兹伯格就提出了“激励——保健”学说,他认为诸如工作环境、工资、人际关系等因素处理好了,只能消除人的不满,安于工作,但不能激发人的积极性,他将这些因素称之为“保健因素”:而诸如工作具有挑战性,富有成就感,在工作中能得到发展成长等,则能激发人的积极性,他把这些因素称之为“激励因素”。在现代管理科学中,合理地运用这些激励因素又被誉为激励艺术。近十年的幼儿园管理工作,使我深深体会到,要办好一所幼儿园,一定要根据教师的心理特点,合理运用激励艺术,充分调动全体教师的积极性,树立她们的责任心,这样才能把幼儿园的各项工作都搞上去。
