First, the government attaches great importance to strengthening leadership is a fundamental guarantee for doing a good job in health. Beijing is one of the largest cities in the world and the capital of China. It is a national political and cultural center and a window opening to the outside world. The city has 12 million permanent residents and more than 3 million migrants. The state of health work not only concerns the immediate interests of the people, but also reflects the level of spiritual civilization construction in China to some extent. The development of Beijing’s health care must adapt to the requirements of the nature, status, and function of the capital city and fully reflect the central government’s repeated efforts.
