目的 :探讨静滴普鲁卡因对短潜伏期体感诱发电位 (SLSEP)的影响。方法 :对上肢感觉传导无异常的病人1 5例 ,分别观察静脉滴注普鲁卡因前以及滴注 1 %普鲁卡因 2 0mg·kg- 1 ·h- 1 1 0分钟、40mg·kg- 1 ·h- 1 5分钟和 60mg·kg- 1 ·h- 1 5分钟的上肢SLSEP ,比较N1 4、N2 0、P2 3各波的潜伏期 ,N1 4~N2 0波间潜伏期 (CCT)以及N2 0~P2 3的峰间值。结果 :SLSEP各波潜伏期和峰间值在以上三个不同剂量普鲁卡因滴注后无统计学意义上的变化。结论 :普鲁卡因不影响SLSEP术中进行SLSEP监测时 ,仍可使用普鲁卡因静脉麻醉
Objective: To investigate the effect of intravenous procaine on short latency somatosensory evoked potentials (SLSEP). Methods: Fifteen patients with abnormal sensory conduction in the upper extremity were observed before intravenous infusion of procaine and 1% procaine 20 mg · kg-1 · h-1 for 10 minutes, 40 mg · kg - 1 · h-1 for 5 minutes and 60 mg · kg-1 · h-1 for 5 minutes. The latency of N1 4, N2 0, P2 3 wave latency, N1 4 ~ N2 0 wave latency (CCT) N2 0 to P2 3 peak-to-peak value. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the latency and peak-to-peak values of SLSEP among the three different doses of procaine. Conclusion: Procaine can still use procaine intravenous anesthesia without affecting SLSEP during SLSEP
