党的十八大强调了在构建长效党风建设机制中党委的主体责任。只有突出党委的主体责任体位,才能推进“四个全面”的落实,为长效党风建设提供制度保障和组织保障。本文针对党委的主体责任的作用进行探讨,以期为党风廉政建设提供借鉴和参考。
