目的探讨中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的中西医结合治疗疗效。方法回顾性分析中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变病例80例,以中西医结合及西医方法治疗,中西医结合组40例,西医治疗组40例,比较两组疗效。结果总显效率中西医结合组为97.5%,西医组为90.4%,两组显效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗为优。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods 80 cases of central serous chorioretinopathy were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and western medicine. 40 cases were treated by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and 40 cases were treated by western medicine. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.5% in Integrative Medicine Group and 90.4% in Western Medicine Group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Medicine is better than Western medicine alone.
