The paper summarizes the centralized treasury payment system and the necessity of treasury reform in colleges and universities. It analyzes the pros and cons brought by universities’ centralized treasury payment and puts forward some feasible countermeasures according to the problems faced by colleges and universities in implementing treasury centralized payment .
