目的:研究普乐林注射液对卒中型自发性高血压大鼠(SHRsp)脑卒中的预防和治疗作用。材料和方法:将80只8周龄(雌雄各半)SHRsp随机分为普乐林 200 mg/kg,100mg/kg及对照组,饮 1. 0%~1. 5% NaCl盐水。实验一:在高盐负荷开始即灌胃治疗,8周后断头处死,取颈动脉及脑组织做电镜检查。取脑组织光镜下检查脑卒中发生率。实验二:脑卒中发生后开始灌胃治疗,连续10天。记录大鼠脑卒中临床表现分数及存活天数。结果:实验一:治疗后普乐林 200 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg组颈动脉电镜扫描和脑组织电镜透射观察组织病理结果均好于对照组;光镜下脑卒中检出率(41.7%,50.0%)也低于对照组(76.9%)。实验二:治疗前脑卒中临床表现分数三组间相似,治疗后普乐林 200 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg组分数(0. 95±1. 39,2.41±1.65)均明显低于对照组(3.77±0.27)(P<0.01~0. 001)。治疗期存活天数普乐林 200 ms/kg组(9. 73±1.03)及100 mg/kg组(7.93±2.64)均长于对照组(5.36±4.45)(P<0. 05, P>0. 05)。脑与心脏重量?
