目的探讨微创手术治疗颅内肿瘤采用超声引导的价值。方法 30例颅内肿瘤应用微创手术治疗的患者,在超声引导下开展手术。观察临床效果。结果本组无超声相关感染,无超声探头引发的继发神经功能损伤、脑出血、脑损伤。在超声实时监测下,均可完成肿瘤病变的良好定位。病变位置:A组4例,B组26例,C组0例。病变切除程度:近全切除3例,完全切除27例。无复发病例。结论采用超声引导下微创手术治疗颅内肿瘤,可对肿瘤实时定位,对保障手术成功实施,避免复发意义显著。
Objective To investigate the value of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial tumors guided by ultrasound. Methods Thirty patients with intracranial tumors who underwent minimally invasive surgery underwent ultrasound-guided surgery. Observe the clinical effect. Results There was no ultrasound related infection in this group, no secondary neurological damage caused by ultrasonic probe, cerebral hemorrhage and brain injury. Under ultrasound real-time monitoring, can be a good localization of tumor lesions. Lesions location: A group of 4 cases, B group 26 cases, C group 0 cases. Degree of lesion resection: nearly total resection in 3 cases, complete resection in 27 cases. No recurrences. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of intracranial tumors can be real-time positioning of the tumor to ensure successful operation and avoid recurrence.
