为提高普通高校排球运动水平和发展规模,对辽宁科技大学排球选项班学生进行长达4年的教学改革实验。通过文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法进行研究,指出高校排球竞赛规则的修改对促进高校排球运动发展和完善排球运动规则体系具有重要意义,同时提出高校排球运动规则的演化应朝着追求趣味性、适应大众性、形式的多样灵活性等趋势发展,实行不等人制、男女混合制将成为高校排球运动规则发展的新形式。
In order to improve the volleyball sports level and development scale of ordinary colleges and universities, a four-year teaching reform experiment was conducted on volleyball students of Liaoning University of Science and Technology. Through the research of literature, experiment and questionnaire, it is pointed out that the revision of college volleyball rules is of great significance to the development of volleyball and the improvement of volleyball rules system. At the same time, it is proposed that the evolution of volleyball rules in colleges and universities should be toward the pursuit of fun Sexuality, adaptability to the public, and diversified forms of flexibility. The implementation of a system of unequal manners and a mixed system of men and women will become a new form of the development of the volleyball rules in colleges and universities.
