随着高等教育的普及,我国新建的高等院校逐渐增多,为响应教育部启动应用技术大学改革试点的研究,高等院校多以应用型人才培养定位,主要目的是培养出具备专业性理论知识、解决实际问题能力以及良好的心理素质的适应社会需要的综合性人才。本文通过探讨应用型管理类人才的特点来对其培养目标进行科学定位,并以南宁学院应用型管理类人才培养中存在的问题为例,对应用型管理类人才品德培养方案和途径进行探索和研究。
With the popularization of higher education, new institutions of higher learning in our country are gradually increasing. In response to the Ministry of Education launching a pilot study on the reform of applied technology universities, colleges and universities mostly employ the training of applied talents. The main purpose is to cultivate professional theoretical knowledge , The ability to solve practical problems and good psychological quality to meet the needs of the community a comprehensive talent. This paper probes into the characteristics of applied management talents to make scientific positioning of their training objectives and takes the problems existing in the cultivation of applied management talents in Nanning University as an example to explore the solutions and ways of cultivating talents in applied management talents the study.
