A biochemist said today that he has discovered the etiology of arthritis and how to prevent and control such paralyzing diseases. A spokesman for the Arthritis and Rheumatism Council said he could not comment on this statement. Barton-Wright made a press statement today at the press conference. He said: “I am not saying that we found a permanent cure for arthritis, and I mean we found out its causes, methods of control and prevention.” He said the disease is caused by the lack of pantothenic acid. Pantothenic acid is a component of vitamins, it is easy to destroy in the food processing and cooking. Other scientists think that arthritis is a form of rejection that treats the tissues of the body’s joints as foreign objects to other tissues in the body. “Arthritis is becoming world-wide in terms of morbidity because of the growing use of these so-called premium, well-processed but very tasty foods, but the processing destroys pantothenic acid.”
