目的探讨恶性肿瘤病人血清中可溶性Fas(sFas)和可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平变化及临床意义。方法选择确诊的恶性肿瘤病人52例为研究对象,20例健康人为正常对照,采用ELISA法测定sFas及sIL-2R在血清中的表达水平。结果肿瘤病人血清sFas表达水平明显高于正常对照组,且与肿瘤种类无关。肿瘤病人血清sIL-2R水平明显高于正常对照组,与其他恶性肿瘤相比,肝癌病人血清sIL-2R水平增高更为明显。肿瘤病人血清sFas和sIL-2R水平呈正相关。结论肿瘤病人血清sFas和sIL-2R表达水平明显升高,为揭示肿瘤发生、发展和逃避免疫监视提供了一个可能的机制。
Objective To investigate the changes of sFas and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in patients with malignant tumor and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty-two patients with malignant tumor confirmed by the method were selected as the research objects. Twenty healthy subjects were normal controls. The expression levels of sFas and sIL-2R in serum were detected by ELISA. Results The serum sFas expression level in tumor patients was significantly higher than that in normal control group, and had no correlation with tumor types. The level of serum sIL-2R in tumor patients was significantly higher than that in the normal control group. Compared with other malignant tumors, the serum sIL-2R level in patients with liver cancer increased more obviously. Tumor patients serum sFas and sIL-2R levels were positively correlated. Conclusion The expression of sFas and sIL-2R in the serum of patients with cancer is significantly increased, which provides a possible mechanism for revealing the occurrence, development and escape of immune surveillance.
