新超导体的发现及母界性新超导体研究的兴起,主要超导研究国投入力量对比和研究成果评估。美、中分别研制成功的 Y-Ba-Cu-O 材料可在液氮温区稳定地工作,已被世界普遍用于薄膜及线材等研究。世界烧结体研究已面临临界电流密度提不高难关,迄今仅能徘徊在1,000安培/厘米~2左右。发展与研究方向:着重点在高临界电流密度薄膜,以及提高烧结体临界电流密度、深入机理和室温超导。
The discovery of new superconductors and the rise of the research on new superconductors of the superconductivity, the main superconducting countries to invest power comparison and evaluation of research results. Y-Ba-Cu-O materials successfully developed in the United States and China, respectively, can work stably in the liquid nitrogen temperature region and have been widely used in the research of films and wires in the world. The study of the world sintered body has been facing the critical current density is not difficult to mention, so far can only hover around 1,000 amperes / cm ~ 2 or so.
