目的:探讨Cyclin G和p53在结肠癌中表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测70例结肠癌组织及其31例癌旁组织中的Cyclin G及p53的表达情况。结果:Cyclin G高表达于结肠癌细胞核,结肠癌组织中Cyclin G和p53表达率分别为62.9%(44/70)和77.1%(54/70);癌旁组织中Cyclin G和p53表达阳性率分别为9.7%(3/31)和3.2%(1/31);Cy-clin G在结肠癌中的表达与肿瘤的Dukes分期相关,两者的表达呈明显相关性。结论:结肠癌组织中Cyclin G和p53高表达可能与结肠癌发生与发展有关。检测结肠癌组织中Cyclin G可能成为结肠癌癌基因治疗的新靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of Cyclin G and p53 in colon cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Cyclin G and p53 in 70 cases of colon cancer tissues and 31 cases of adjacent tissues. RESULTS: Cyclin G was highly expressed in the colon cancer cell nucleus. The expression rates of Cyclin G and p53 in colon cancer tissues were 62.9% (44/70) and 77.1% (54/70), respectively; the positive rates of Cyclin G and p53 expression were found in the adjacent tissues. They were 9.7% (3/31) and 3.2% (1/31), respectively. The expression of Cy-clin G in colon cancer was related to the Dukes stage of the tumor. The expression of Cyclin C was significantly correlated. Conclusion: The high expression of Cyclin G and p53 in colon cancer may be related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer. Detection of Cyclin G in colon cancer tissues may become a new target for colon cancer gene therapy.
