为探讨利多卡因对犬胃液误吸后急性肺损伤的早期治疗作用,在气管切开人工呼吸条件下,经双腔气管导管在犬肺内注入胃液(PH=1.5)2.5ml/kg,造成误吸,然后将12只犬随机分为对照组和利多卡因治疗组。两组均予两肺机械通气,治疗组加用利多卡因静脉注射。结果:治疗组的Pa O_2、pH值,肺顺应性下降程度、肺湿/干重比、PaCO_2及肺动脉压增高程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。病理组织学改变相对较轻。提示利多卡因对胃液误吸后急性肺损伤有早期治疗作用。
To investigate the early treatment of acute lung injury induced by lidocaine in dogs gastric aspiration, gastric juice (PH = 1.5) 2.5ml / kg was injected into the canine lung via the double-lumen endotracheal tube under tracheostomy. Aspiration, and then 12 dogs were randomly divided into control group and lidocaine treatment group. Two groups were given mechanical ventilation of both lungs, the treatment group with lidocaine intravenous injection. Results: PaO2, pH value, decreased lung compliance, lung wet / dry weight ratio, PaCO2 and pulmonary arterial pressure in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05 or 0.01). Histopathological changes are relatively mild. Prompt lidocaine early treatment of acute lung injury after aspiration of gastric juice.
