水浮莲是我国南方各省的重要水生绿肥和青饲料作物.为了扩大水浮莲的养殖面积,浙江各地除广泛采用各种有效途径进行营养体越冬、繁殖外,还采用种子繁殖.但水浮莲种子发芽缓慢,未经处理的种子,在适宜的条件下,达到最高发芽率的时间需要40-50天,不能适应生产上的需要,为此,作者对水浮莲种子进行了多种方法的预处理及其对促进萌发效果的试验.今将试验结果整理成本文,供作参考.
