民间金融为广大中小微企业提供了信贷支持，对促进中国经济发展起到了积极作用。社会资本作为一种非正式制度，对民间金融发展的影响已经得到一些理论和实证研究的证实。社会资本通过其所包含的信任、声誉及道德规范等要素，在增强民间金融借贷双方的信任与合作关系、降低交易成本、防止机会主义行为、提高企业融资效率等方面具有非常显著的作用。,The informal finance provides credit support for the majority of small and medium-sized private enterprises,which has a positive effect on the economic development of China. As an informal system,the influence of social capital on the development of informal finance has been proved by some theoretical and empirical researches. Through the factors of social capital inclu-ding trust,reputation,ethics and other factors,it has significant functions in enhancing the trust and cooperation between the debtors and creditors,reducing transaction costs,preventing the op-portunism behavior,and expanding the financing efficiency of enterprises.
