同志们: 在全党上下、各行各业深入学习贯彻江泽民同志“5.31”重要讲话,以饱满的热情迎接党的十六大召开的时候,在江泽民同志发出“再造秀美山川”伟大号召5周年之际,在林业第六大工程启动前夕,把大家请来,开一个座谈会,主要是想就当前的林业形势与任务做一次全面研讨,进一步统一我们的思想和行动。因此,这次座谈会的主要任务是:深入学习领会“5.31”讲话精神,以“三个代表”要求为指针,分析新形势,研究新问题,明确新任务,全面抓好六大工程,加速推进五大转变,不断开创林业跨越式发展的新局面。 下面,根据局里研究的意见,我讲三个问题,供大家讨论。
