为了适应丹江口大坝补强工程需要,长办和丹江口工程局于1964年共同进行了预填骨料压浆混凝土试验。试验任务为:掌握砂浆流动度,主要是砂浆级配与外加剂的用量;掌握骨料填筑的均匀性,主要是骨料级配及填筑方法;掌握灌浆的操作工艺,主要是进浆管的操作。针对以上问题,室内试验主要是研究行浆条件,选择合宜的砂浆级配及骨料级配。室外试验主要是通过大型试件探讨有关工艺问题,并研究压浆混凝土的力学性能以及压浆混凝土同老混凝土的接合性能。一、材料特性的研究粗骨料:压浆混凝土对粗骨料的要求与一般混凝土基本相同。骨料级配原则,是使混合后的空隙率既便于进浆又能节省水泥用量。根据工地的骨料生产条件,经比较选用了8~12和2~4厘米两级间断级配,空隙率33%左右。砂子:砂子的粒径、级配及浑园度对砂浆特性
