It is well-known that the immune system is the defending system for the life organism to resist the invasion of diseases, while the national immune system is a safeguard system that maintains the order, coordination and safety of the country in operation and is the safeguard system for the health of the state body. The national immune system consists of three lines of defense: “natural system screen protection”, “economic system defense” and “social system resilience.” The “natural system screen protection” line of defense is an indispensable basis and condition for a country to survive and develop. The defense of economic system is the material guarantee to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the country. It is mainly expressed by core indicators such as the national scale index, economic growth index, and national sovereign credit. “Social system resilience ” line of defense is an important guarantee for the safe, orderly and harmonious operation of the country, mainly by reflecting the social equity, social security
