笔者结合自己的教育教学实践就有效教学谈几点认识。一、高尚的职业道德是教师有效教学的保障《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》第十七章明确表述:有好的教师,才有好的教育。所谓好教师,首先是职业道德高尚的教师。只有职业道德高尚的教师,才能爱校如家、爱岗敬业、爱生如子,才能一切为了学生,为了学生的一切,顾全大局、潜心教研、教书育人,才能心甘情愿地坚守三尺讲台,默默地在自己的岗位成就爱的事业。
