目的了解海南州5县居民户碘盐普及及食用情况和影响因素,为早日消除碘缺乏病(IDD)提供依据。方法按照《全国碘盐监测方案》的要求,对全州5县45乡(镇、街道)180个行政村村(居委会)1488户居民食用盐进行抽样监测。对所抽取盐样的盐碘含量均按国标GB/T130025.7-1999中直接滴定法定量测定。结果在全州范围共监测居民盐样1488份,其中合格碘盐1437份,不合格碘盐18份,非碘盐33份,碘盐合格率为98.76%,合格碘盐食用率为96.57%,非碘盐食用率为2.22%,碘盐覆盖率为97.78%。结论检测结果真实可靠的反应了海南州各县各乡(镇)居民碘盐食用情况,目前全州基本普及了加碘盐并且能保证居民食用合格的碘盐。
Objective To understand the popularization, edible consumption and influencing factors of iodine salt in 5 counties in Hainan Province and provide the basis for the early elimination of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD). Methods According to the requirements of “National Iodized Salt Surveillance Program”, sampling was conducted on the consumption of salt of 1488 households in 180 administrative villages (neighborhood committees) in 45 townships (towns and streets) of 5 counties in the prefecture. The salt content of salt extracted salt content according to GB GB / T130025.7-1999 direct titration method for quantitative determination. Results A total of 1488 salt samples were collected from residents nationwide. Among them, 1437 were qualified iodized salt, 18 were unqualified iodized salt, 33 were non-iodized salt, the pass rate of iodized salt was 98.76% and the qualified iodized salt was 96.57% Non-iodized salt consumption was 2.22%, iodized salt coverage was 97.78%. Conclusion The results of the test truly and reliably reflect the consumption of iodized salt by inhabitants of townships in all counties of Hainan Province. At present, the state basically popularizes iodized salt and can ensure the residents to consume the qualified iodized salt.
