流行病学调查和实验研究已清楚表明,癌症发病率与摄入微量矿物元素硒呈负相关,这种化学保护作用的机制还未解决。本文旨在研究增加饮食中硒的摄入对小鼠细胞免疫的作用,探讨增加饮食中硒的摄入是否能增强细胞毒性T 淋巴细胞(CTL)和天然杀伤细胞(NK)的潜在细胞毒性,这种免疫监视作用的增强能否有助于解释硒的抗肿瘤作用。实验选用4~6周龄雌性DBA/2、C3H/He 和C57BL/6小鼠,喂食基础饲料(含硒0.1 ppm)或添加硒的饲料(含硒4ppm)3~4周后,按Russell 等(1980)
Epidemiological investigations and experimental studies have clearly shown that the incidence of cancer is inversely related to the intake of trace mineral elemental selenium, and the mechanism of this chemical protection has not been resolved. This article aims to investigate the effect of increasing dietary selenium intake on cellular immunity in mice and to explore whether increasing selenium intake in the diet can enhance the potential cytotoxicity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and natural killer cells (NKs) This enhanced immune surveillance can help explain the anti-tumor effect of selenium. Three to four weeks after feeding 4 to 6 weeks old female DBA / 2, C3H / He and C57BL / 6 mice, basal diet (selenium 0.1 ppm) or supplemented selenium (selenium 4 ppm) (1980)
